Traineeship information for employers

Traineeships are an ideal opportunity for your workforce to get to know potential employees before committing to employment offers.

You can support a Traineeship for a person aged 16 to 24.  They will be motivated to get a job or an Apprenticeship but lack the skills and experience that employers are looking for at this level.

A Traineeship normally last between 6 weeks and 6 months.

There are many reasons why you could benefit from a Traineeship.

Traineeships are flexible, this means you can plan the programme to meet your business needs.
