Connect to Work: Helping Somerset Residents Find and Stay in Employment

What is Connect to Work?

Connect to Work is a voluntary programme designed to help individuals overcome barriers to employment and move closer to finding meaningful, sustainable work.

Funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the programme provides personalised employment support for people who may need additional help to find work.

Support is also available for people who are already in employment but are at risk of losing their job, helping them to overcome challenges and remain in work.

The programme is designed around the individual, recognising that everyone’s circumstances and journey into employment are different.
