ESS at RNAS Yeovilton
A supported internship offering hands-on experience in a real working environment at RNAS Yeovilton. Interns undertake a substantial placement with ESS, with opportunities currently including catering and hospitality.
The programme is aimed at young people aged 18–25 with an EHCP or additional needs who would benefit from additional support as they transition towards employment.

Exmoor Supported Internship
A year-long programme providing hands-on experience with organisations throughout Exmoor and West Somerset.
Potential placements span areas such as farming and land-based work, administration, catering, estates and maintenance, animal care, photography and database/archive work. Participants also receive personalised job-coach support and location-based learning.

Thales Supported Internship
Based at Thales in Templecombe, this programme provides experience within an organisation working across aerospace, defence, security and transportation.
Interns complete three workplace rotations during the academic year, with potential experience in engineering, business administration, human resources and facilities-related services.
